Senior Superintendent Requirements:
- 12 years experience as a Superintendent
- Demonstrated success in managing large ($35M ) and complex projects.
- Holds a Class A Contractor Supervisor Certificate in a Colorado Front Range municipality or ability to attain within 12 months.
- LEED accredidation is a plus.
